The Huawei P8 flagship smartphone will be available for pre-order today at Huawei’s online official online store — VMall.my. The top-of-the-line device will launch regionally in Singapore later today.
Huawei Malaysia is also offering the new Huawei TalkBand B2 at 30% as a bundle offer with the P8. There will also be free accessories thrown in — protective film, tripod and protective case.
The pre-order starts at 3:08PM, 2 June 2015.
The premium metal bodied P8 was announced last month in London alongside the P8 Max phablet.
The svelte P8 features a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS display (424PPI), a new 64-bit octa-core Kiron 930/935 chipset mated to 3GB RAM. There’s 16GB storage for the standard edition and 64GB for the premium edition.
Perhaps the biggest selling point would be the 13MP four-colour camera, thanks to the RGBW sensor — a world’s first.
There’s plenty more tricks up the P8’s sleeve, of course.
The TalkBand B2 is an update to the TalkBand B1, a fitness tracker that doubles as a Bluetooth headset.
