LG Launches World’s First Giant 84-inch UD 3D TV in Malaysia
LG Electronics (LG) has just introduced its the world’s first gigantic 84-inch Ultra Definition (UD) 3D TV to the Malaysian market. Developed by LG’s sister company, LG Display, the only supplier of UD panels in the industry worldwide, the ground-breaking 84-inch 3D TV was first previewed at IFA 2012, Berlin.

“LG is pushing the limits of Home Entertainment innovation with this 3D UD TV,” said HK Kwon, Managing Director, LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd “We are bringing together all our Smart TV and 3D knowledge in the 3D UD TV to prove to the consumers that LG is committed to being the world’s leading brand for immersive Home Entertainment in 2012 and beyond.”
LG’s UD 3D TV is the company’s response to growing consumer demand for larger, more immersive home TVs with greater functionality and content. The consumer electronics giant’s OLED TV recently won Best Display Product award in Europe (EISA).
