Xchanging forms joint venture with YTL Communications in Malaysia

On 4 April, 2012, business process and technology service providers Xchanging (LSE:XCH) announced the signing a 50-50 joint venture with YTL Communications Malaysia, a subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad for the establishment of Xchanging Malaysia Sdn Bhd, which hopes to develop and deliver enhanced mobile internet and cloud-based hosting offerings in Malaysia. The joint venture will combine Xchanging’s expertise and knowledge with YTL Communication’s award winning 4G Network.
