Vivo is introducing a new series of smartphones, with the first out of the gate being the Vivo S1. The mid-range smartphone is available for pre-order now until 26 July 2019 and will be available for sale starting 27 July 2019 onwards.
You can pre-order at all vivo Concept Stores and all you need to do is pay MYR50. Pre-order buyers will enjoy an exclusive gift box worth MYR99 consisting of a Share K1-Bluetooth speaker.
For online shoppers, the device is available for pre-order on Lazada, Shopee, PrestoMall and the vivo online store.
While it’s a mid-range device, the vivo S1 packs some flagship-level features including an in-display fingerprint scanner, 32MP AI selfie camera, a massive 4,500mAh battery with Dual-Engine Fast Charging, and an AI triple rear camera system.
The device comes with a 6.38-inch Full HD+ display and it’s powered by a MediaTek Helio P65 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
The tiny notch on the display houses a 32MP AI-assisted selfie camera.
On the rear, the phone packs a triple camera system comprising a 16MP f/1.78 (Sony IMX499) main sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2MP f/2.4 depth camera.
As mentioned, the phone boasts a massive 4,500mAh battery that supports vivo’s Dual-Engine Fast Charging via micro-USB.
The vivo S1 will officially launch on 24 July 2019 in Malaysia and will be available in two colour options: Diamond Black and Skyline Blue.
