Operated by Pavo Communications Sdn Bhd, speakOUT rides on Digi’s extensive 4G network, as well as utilises the marketing channel of 7-Eleven convenient stores across the country.
speakOUT offers no-contract phone bundles, various pay-as-you-go (PAYG) plans for data, talk and text.
Its basic pre-paid SIM pack retails for MYR16 and is pre-loaded with MYR2 of talktime and 500MB worth of data, valid for 30 days. Once allocated data quota is depleted, a fair usage policy applies.
Call rates are at 16 sen/minute.
You can opt to boost for a continuous high-speed internet experience via Mark booster plans.
One of its unique products is the pre-paid Tourist Pack. The value-for-money pack targeted at tourists offers pre-paid talktime of MYR5, and a whopping 100GB of data for 7 days. This retails for just MYR50/US$12.50.

speakOUT also works with device makers like ZTE, Ding Ding and GOMAX to bundle with their SIM packs.
As added convenience, speakOUT’s online portal – speakout2care.asia lets you register your mobile number, edit your profile, view usage, top-up and subscribe to plans.
Malaysia currently has 35.8 million pre-paid subscribers – that’s 81% out of 44.152 million total mobile subscriptions (Data: MCMC, Q2 2015).
