Sony’s new PS-LX310BT turntable brings vinyl to Bluetooth devices

Sony PS-LX310BT Turntable

For audio enthusiasts, there’s no replacing the distinct, authentic sound of vinyl. Even in the connected, wireless world, there’s a place for old records (and new). Sony’s new PS-LEX310BT turntable attempts to bridge old school vinyl sound quality with modern day flexibility via built-in Bluetooth capabilities.

With Bluetooth built-in, the LX310BT can easily connect to any wireless speaker, sounder or headphones. Pairing is super simple with the use of the dedicated Bluetooth button.

For added convenience, there’s also a full auto play function, where your music is played instantly from your last paired device when you hit play.

Alternatively, you can also connect via a wired connection with a supplied audio cable.

The turntable supports different gain selects, ensuring wide compatibility of vinyl when using different playback systems or Bluetooth systems for volume adjustment.

There’s also a built-in phono pre-amp which can be selected for use with amplifiers offering only line-level connection.

The LX310BT boasts an aluminium die cast platter for superb sound balance; plus a newly-designed tone arm for sound stability. This is paired with a thick and sturdy dust cover to resist resonance and reduces distortion.
