Pre-order iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max on 19 October

Apple iPhone XS

For Malaysian Apple fans who’ve been dying to get their hands on the new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, there isn’t long to wait now. The two flagship devices from Apple go up for pre-order starting tomorrow, 19 October 2018 (3.01PM). This coincides with the iPhone XR and Apple Watch Series 4, too.

If you’re unaware, it’s the first time Apple has put Malaysia on the first wave of a product rollout, for the iPhone XR, at least. The entry-level iPhone hits Malaysia at the same time as other traditionally first wave regions. It’s certainly a welcomed move, and demonstrates how important the iPhone XR is in developing and growth markets.

As mentioned in a previous post, the iPhone XR is priced from MYR3,599, a good entry point for those looking to jump onto iOS, or upgrading from older devices.

For those who seek power and experience Apple’s best, then look no further than the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.

Apple iPhone XS cameraEarlier leaks were quite accurate, although personally, I’d love for Apple to keep the base iPhone XS at MYR4,199, as before.

No such luck with the iPhone XS 64GB going for MYR4,999 and the iPhone XS Max 64GB at MYR5,399.

Here’s the full list:

  • iPhone XS 64GB – MYR4,999
  • iPhone XS 256GB – MYR5,699
  • iPhone XS 512GB – MYR6,649
  • iPhone XS Max 64GB – MYR5,399
  • iPhone XS Max 256GB – MYR6,099
  • iPhone XS Max 512GB – MYR7,049
  • iPhone XR 64GB – MYR3,599
  • iPhone XR 128GB – MYR3,849
  • iPhone XR 256GB – MYR4,299

You can pre-order from the Apple Online Store, and Apple authorised resellers and retailers like Switch, Machines, Epicentre and Senheng. All major telcos namely Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile will be offering pre-orders as well.
