In the spirit of Ramadan, OPPO is giving back to the community with a charity campaign targeted at underprivileged children. The smartphone maker is donating profits from each unit of its R9s Black Edition to selected orphanages across the country.
Neelofa, the official ambassador for the R9s Black Edition, is encouraging the public to contribute to the cause.

OPPO said that profits from every R9s Black Edition sold will be used to purchase daily essentials for underprivileged children in the orphanages. The company hopes its O-fans (OPPO fans) will support the cause, and help the children prepare for the coming Hari Raya celebrations.
Giving back
The company is also organizing half-day visits to orphanages in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Kedah, Johor Bahru, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Melaka and Kuantan. Contributions of daily essential items such as food, toiletries, books, umbrellas, clothing, bags, and more will be made during the visits.
