Maxis yesterday launched its Hotlink RED app, giving Hotlink prepaid customers instant access to rewards for staying connected, as well as serving as a best-in-class self-serve app. The Hotlink RED App, downloadable for free, gives customers automatic access to year-round #LiveLifeLoud rewards – VIP access to favourite celebrities, exclusive giveaways including autographed merchandise, epic experiences to music festivals and concerts, and much more.

Apart from rewards, the Hotlink RED app is also a self-serve app designed to help customers take full control of their prepaid account including tracking their balance and data usage, topping up and purchasing mobile internet services.
At the launch earlier today, prepaid customers were offered a preview of #LiveLifeLoud rewards including custom-made activities with some of Malaysia’s social stars and celebrities. Local artistes and bands also took the stage to entertain the crowd. More personalised events and activities are to be expected in the coming months.
The innovative #Hotlink, launched in October last year is a one-of-a-kind prepaid service that offers an ‘always connected’ and ‘free basic internet’ experience from as low as RM1 per day. #Hotlink eliminates the current high entry barrier and eradicates pay-per-use data charges, enabling wider, more affordable access to the internet.
