Just in time for the annual 9.9 shopping extravaganza (9 September), Lazada has taken the wraps off Lazmall – a curated selection of leading local and international brands, stores and authorised distributors. LazMall offers doorstep delivery in 24 hours or less, 100 percent authentic products and a 15-day easy return policy.
As a consumer, you can expect to find the best products and best-in-class customer satisfaction at the new super mall. If you’re familiar with Shopee, another leading online shopping destination, its Shopee Mall runs along the same lines – 100% authentic products and 15-day returns. Shopee does not offer 24-hour delivery, but does offer free shipping.
What’s great about LazMall is next-day delivery. Orders from the mall will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of purchase. This is a first in Malaysia (thanks Alibaba).
