Jabra’s most technically-advanced true wireless sports earbuds yet—Jabra Elite Sport, is ready to take your workouts to “elite” level. The Elite Sport is the first in the new Elite franchise of next generation wireless headphones. The Elite Sport delivers ultimate freedom of movement, ground-breaking in-ear fitness analysis and of course, a great audio experience.
The fitness-focused earbuds caters to the 77% of people who train without wires, and the 69% who regularly listen to music when they workout.
What’s unique is that you can use the earbuds as a pair, or as a single unit. The primary earbud (right) communicates with your smartphone. When used on its own, it offers mono playback and calls. The secondary earbud automatically connects to the primary via near field magnetic induction. When the earbuds are within 25cm, they reconnect to offer stereo music.
Each earbud is integrated with dual microphones that offer superior sound, and intelligent switching during calls. What this means is that it switches between the earbuds that’s receiving the least noise, and in the meantime removing background noise. By separating the feeds it receives in each earbud, it effectively gives you crystal-clear clarity of your voice, in any environment.
Also, it features something Jabra calls “HearThrough” technology, that allows the in-ear speakers to recreate ambient sounds. When activated, you’ll be able to hear your surroundings better, including unexpected incoming traffic and other dangers.
The earbuds are IP67 rated, with protection against sweat and water. It can work for at least 30 minutes, while submerged in up to one metre of water.
Exquisitely designed, the earbuds are not only highly-durable, but ergonomically designed to provide the best fit for your ears. You can choose from three ear gels, three sizes of ear foams and three wingtips. With a perfect fit, you’ll never have to worry about a slipping earbud, even in the most vigorous of exercises.
The Jabra Elite Sport offers up to three hours of calls and music use, and this doubles to six hours when charged up via the carrying case.
The Elite Sport undoubtedly takes fitness seriously, very seriously. It offers advanced personalized fitness analysis via the in-ear heart rate monitor. The HRM used together with the heart rate app gives you a 90% accuracy reading.
Used together with the free Jabra Sport Life app, the Elite Sport is the ultimate fitness gadget. You can gauge your fitness level via the VO2 Max measurement, as well as improve your run timings through the race-time predictor. There’s even a recovery advisor to ensure you workout and rest optimally.
The app captures and tracks your fitness development over time. It provides a range of useful information including distance covered, pace, route, calories burnt and training effect.
The Jabra Elite Sport call and music functions supports all major smartphone operating systems with Bluetooth. Available for Android and iOS.
Jabra also introduced two updated Jabra Sport products—the Jabra Sport Pulse Special Edition, and Jabra Sport Coach Special Edition. The Jabra Sport Pulse is the world’s first sports headphones with automatic and continuous VO2 Max fitness testing. On the other hand, the Sport Coach is the world’s first to feature automatic repetition counting through the TrackFit motion sensor.

The Jabra Sport Coach Special Edition is priced at MYR589, while the Jabra Sport Coach retails at MYR779.
