Here’s another reason to celebrate. Huawei is bringing the much-awaited Rose Gold variant of its premium flagship – Huawei Mate S – to Malaysia. Launched in late October, the sleek looker was initially available in Prestige Gold and Coral Pink.

The Mate S is undeniably the most refined, polished and premium Huawei device to date. With a slim full metal body and curved edges, the Mate S is a sexy blend of design and technology. It boasts a 5.5-inch FHD AMOLED display with a minimal bezel and beautiful 2.5D glass.

It’s not all about just great looks. The Mate S is also top-of-the-line performer. The powerful HiSilicon Kirin 935 octa-core processor delivers flagship-beating performance, alongside the 3GB built-in RAM.

A unique innovation with the Mate S is Knuckle Sense technology. Knuckle Sense 2.0 allows you to use a sequence of knocks and gestures to do different tasks like launch apps, capture screenshots and more.

The 13MP RGBW camera with OIS and dual-tone LED flash is excellent for high resolution photography and video capture. The front is equally as impressive – an 8MP f/2.4 front-facing module that comes with an adjustable soft flash.

Below the rear camera module is the fingerprint scanner. The scanner is extremely fast, unlocking your phone in under 0.5s. You can use it to scroll through your photo gallery, or use it as a camera shutter.
