The local telcos wasted no time to offer the new Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphones. It’s the final day to pre-order and take advantage of the free Harman Kardon Onyx Mini speaker offer, if you haven’t. U Mobile has also announced bundles for the device, where you can own one from as low as MYR1,819 with its Ultimate Device plans.
U Mobile’s offerings include UD60, UD90 and UD130 with UD60 being the most affordable plan offering 5GB of data, 60 minutes of calls, as well as unlimited Music-Onz and App-Onz.
UD90 on the other hand will give you 7GB of data, unlimited calls, 5GB of Video-Onz, unlimited Music-Onz and App-Onz, and 5GB of Roam-Onz.
The top rung UD130 offers 10GB of data, unlimited calls, Video-Onz, Music-Onz, App-Onz and 8GB of Roam-Onz.
In terms of model selection, U Mobile is only offering the 64GB Galaxy S9 and 128GB Galaxy S9+ on contract (like Maxis). Colours are limited to only Midnight Black and Coral Blue.

Note that there is an advance payment of MYR360 for UD60, MYR600 for UD90 and MYR960 for UD130 upon sign up. This fee will be rebated into your account across 24 months.
One way to have this waived is to make a purchase via credit card and opt for auto-debit.
Orders will ship on 9 March. The Samsung Galaxy S9 will be available in retail channels starting 16 March 2018.
