The XPS 14 comes built in with Intel HD Graphics 4000. Power users may want to opt for the NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M 1GB GDDR5 graphics with NVIDIA Optimus technology. 4GB of memory comes as standard (upgradable to 8GB dual channel memory DDR3 1333MHz).
