Digi today revealed its all-new MyDigi Rewards app, offering its customers even more exciting deals and experiences from an expanding list of partners. The app is the Malaysia’s largest lifestyle rewards app with more than 500 participating brands and partners across 7,000 locations nationwide.
All 11.7 million Digi customers will have access to thousands of rewards and deals covering categories like F&B, Shopping, Travel, Entertainment, Wellness, and more.

Customers can earn points to unlock and move up the tier, giving access to even more rewards including tier-exclusive deals. For every Ringgit spent on a Postpaid bill or Prepaid reload, customers will earn 1 Digi Point. For example, if your monthly bill is MYR300, you’ll receive 300 Digi Points when you pay for the bill.
Points will be accumulated, and customers will be upgraded to the next tier upon earning the required points. Once an upgrade happens, customers will remain on the higher tier for six months.
If you have multiple lines, Digi Points will be awarded to each number separately.

Offers can be in the form of free internet, discounted internet plans, exclusive short term internet passes and phone bundles, customised to customer’s mobile needs and spending patterns.
The MyDigi Rewards section within the MyDigi app sports a refreshed look and boasts new features such as “Near Me” which enables customers to locate nearby outlets where rewards are available. “Reward Sneak Peeks” allows customers to preview upcoming new rewards.
Customers can also continue to gift favourite rewards and share deals with friends and loved ones.
