Your new Passport
At the recent BlackBerry earnings report and annual meeting, BlackBerry CEO John Chen showed off both the BlackBerry Classic and the BlackBerry Passport. The BlackBerry Passport codenamed “Windermere” is an oddly-shaped square phablet with a QWERTY keyboard and 4.5-inch 1440×1400 display. At 3.18-inch wide, it’s even wider than a Samsung GALAXY Note 3. The Passport is supposedly packed with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 with Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB RAM, and a large 3,450mAh battery.
The BlackBerry Passport will officially hit the market in September this year.
