Available through selected BlackBerry authorised partners – Brightstar and Brightpoint, the BlackBerry Bold 9790 comes powered by the latest BlackBerry 7 OS (v7.1) out of the box.

The BlackBerry Bold 9790 features a single-core 1.2Ghz processor, 5MP camera, 8GB onboard storage memory (expandable to 32GB via microSD), a high resolution display and BlackBerry’s much-famed highly tactile physical keyboard and precise optical trackpad.
The smartphone also features NFC built-in coupled with BlackBerry Tag, which allows easy exchange of information and content with other NFC-enabled Blackberry smartphones and also supports BlackBerry Messenger (BBM).
Thank to BlackBerry 7 OS (v. 7.1), users can now share their cellular connection with Mobile Hotspot – which supports up to 5 WiFi devices including laptops and tablets.
Battery Saving Mode is another new feature that enhances the user experience, by automatically adjusting display brightness level, backlight and wireless features when battery power reaches a pre-defined level.
