Acer Malaysia joins a host of brands offering special relief for customers during the challenging Movement Control Order (MCO) period, in the country’s battle against the COVID-19 outbreak. The leading PC maker is extending the warranty for all devices with warranty expiring during the MCO period.
Acer will honour the warranty of all Acer and Predator devices which are expiring during the MCO period. Affected customers are entitled to an extension of 60 days once the MCO is lifted.
All Acer hardware comes with at least one-year warranty (local/international). Acer also offers various SuperCare packages that extend warranty and coverage by up to three years from the date of purchase. This includes coverage for accidental damage and theft and up to three-years on-site warranty.
