Lamborghini Urus SUV “revealed?”

Lamborghini Urus

Italian car makers are on fire, and that’s actually good news. Major brands have already debuted their SUVs and now, it’s Lamborghini‘s turn to unveil theirs.

The Lamborghini Urus is all about Italian flair and exotic flamboyance. Looking at the central screen of the upcoming SUV, one can see a digital image of the new car in the Lamborghini teaser. The said teaser is meant to showcase the brand’s skills when on the track. Of course, that is no surprise, seeing all Lamborghini’s are capable on the track. However, we are talking about something else–Lambo’s first ever SUV.

Other Italian brands have jumped on the SUV segment: we’ve Maserati’s Levante and Alfa Romeo’s Stelvio. Now that Lamborghini has “unveiled” theirs, we can only wait for Ferrari to unveil their FAV (Ferrari Activity Vehicle).

Back to the Urus, the showstopping concept version of the car was revealed back in 2012 at the Beijing Auto Show.

For the fans of the upcoming SUV, you may now rejoice as the digital image of the car is strikingly similar to the concept car. Of course, the best way to get up close with the Urus is through a variety of video games such as the popular Asphalt 8: Airborne, Forza Horizon 2 and most of the Forza follow-ups.

Other than the digital image of the Urus, let’s bask in the glory and craftsmanship of the interior. The ignition switch is located on the bottom part of the centre console, surrounded by the switch gears and different driving modes or ANIMA. The ignition switch is also concealed behind a red flap, in typical Lamborghini fashion.

The Urus is set to make its world debut on 11 December at the home of Sant’ Agata Bolognese.

Below is a few teaser videos by the Lamborghini brand, showcasing their achievements with the upcoming Urus and the different driving modes which is controlled by the ANIMA switch.
