The impressive premium mid-range smartphone honor 6X is getting a price cut on 1 August. The 64GB and 4GB RAM model will be priced at MYR1,199, down from its original MYR1,399 price tag.
The all-rounder is pretty impressively specced out, boasting a fantastic metal build, and performance to boot.
Housed in its all metal body is a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a 12MP + 2MP dual-lens camera setup. One camera captures colours from the RGB spectrum, while the other captures details and depth.
The unique camera setup also gives you Wide Aperture Mode, which works perfectly for portraits. The main subject is supersharp, while the background is beautifully blurred. You’ll be able to control the depth of field via a slider, from f/0.95 to f/16 aperture.
The device is fuelled by an octa-core Kirin 655 chip with a generous 4GB of RAM and massive 64GB of storage. Honor’s new Smart File System prevents fragmentation and ensures that lifetime performance is increased, over time.
The honor 6X gets a big 3,340mAh battery which honor claims can deliver 2.15 days of typical usage, or 1.54 days of heavy usage on a single charge.
