The usage of brand ambassadors isn’t a new thing. Brands, regardless of industries, use popular personalities and celebrities to create impact for their products and services. Neffos Malaysia, the smartphone sub-brand of TP-Link, recently announced their official ambassador – Nur Fazura Sharifuddin or Fazura.
Fazura is a popular actress and singer in Malaysia, and now the new face of Neffos. She’s also a fashion icon, often emulated and followed in the entertainment circles. A perfect match to Neffos’ ambitions as a fashionable, accessible brand.
Both devices feature a metal body with a curved back for comfortable handling. The Neffos X1 packs a 5.0-inch HD display, while the X1 Max sports a bigger 5.5-inch Full HD display.
Under the hood, both devices share the same mid-range MediaTek Helio P10 processor. Both devices offer two variants each featuring different memory and storage specs. The Neffos X1 is available in 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage options. Meanwhile, the Neffos X1 Max offers 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage options.
On the battery front, the X1 packs a 2,250mAh battery while the X1 Max a bigger 3,000mAh unit.
Camera-wise, both feature a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, and a 5MP selfie camera.
The Neffos duo runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The great thing about owning a Neffos device is the unprecedented 2-year warranty, with a three month one-to-one exchange.
