You’ve seen the myriad leaks on the interweb, even a sneaky hands-on video. A little underwhelming, no thanks to rumour mills, but here it is folks — the delicious HTC One M9.
Whatever that was leaked, well, they were accurate. The new HTC One M9 retains its award-winning svelte all-metal unibody, now available in two-tone finish.
A 5-inch Full HD display ensures vivid, super sharp images and text.
Being the flagship that it is, top of the line specs is in order. And it doesn’t disappoint. The M9 comes powered by a 2Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip with 3GB RAM, 32GB of storage upgradeable via microSD (up to 128GB).
Gone is the UltraPixel camera in the rear, now replaced with a single 20MP BSI sensor and f/2.2 lens. The front gets a 5MP with dual tone flash.
It gets all the bells and whistles a modern flagship smartphone should have including 4G LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1 and WiFI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.
HTC BoomSound makes a return now holding hands with Dolby Audio and Qualcomm Immersive Audio.
Battery has been bumped to 2840mAh from previous generation and should return a full day use.
The HTC One M9 runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7.
The new flagship is available in Gold, Dark Gray and Pink/Gold finish.
