One of the highlights of 2011 was attending one of the most interesting races ever held in Sepang International Circuit – the Trofeo Pirelli Ferrari 458 Challenge Series. This was the start of a new annual race to be held in South East Asia at Sepang International Circuit (SIC).
Thanks to Naza World, I was there to experience the event, together with The Car Guys Malaysia and bloggers and other media. Catch the video of highlights after the jump.

The Ferrari Challenge Series is a one-make series that began in 1993 as a way for Ferrari to enable owners to get a feel of racing against each other. The inaugural Challenge Series used the Ferrari 348 Berlinetta Challenge as its sole official car, which evolved as Ferrari introduced newer, updated models; the F355 Berlinetta Challenge, the 360 Modena Challenge (not to be confused with the Challenge Stradale, a track-tuned variant derived from this series but developed for public roads), the F430 Challenge, and now, the F458 Challenge.
