PROJECT CARS Will Blow Your Mind Away

Now, this is something new for a racing game.

Now, I am not a very big fan of racing games. But this game, which is in development and crowdfunded, really makes want to give it a try. The game called PROJECT CARS is currently being developed by SlighlyMad Studios, who have worked on Electronic Arts (EA) titles such as Need For Speed franchise and other car racing games.

The game will be available on various platforms including Wii U, PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Currently, the developers are opening their tools and perks positioning for those who are interested. The tools and perks are quite an interesting combo as if you are a FULL MEMBER, the tools allows you to:

  1. Create New project-specific forum threads
  2. Read Minute Meetings
  3. Play Weekly Builds

As for the perks of the FULL MEMBER, you will get a free copy of the released game and get an opponent named after you plus access to exclusive cars.

There is no date set on the official launch yet, but keep our fingers crossed this year.

So, why not head over to their website and have a look at what this game is all about – PROJECT CARS

By the way, here is a pre-alpha footage trailer on how the game looks like, done by Jonz66 from their community.
