This is perhaps the most perfect day among all the perfect days for Metal Gear (MGS) fans. The fifth installment is now under development, confirmed by the legendary video game creator, Hideo Kojima during an interview with IG Magazine.

According to Kojima, MGS 5 will be running on Fox Engine, an in-house engine developed by Kojima Productions. Rest assured loyal fans, there will be more infiltration scenarios.
He was not allowed to say anything more. He joked that “the ninja PR woman behind the door will chop me into pieces.” We wouldn’t want that. We don’t have a release date just yet though. It’s still early. When we learn more we will let you know.
