Lenovo is Garena’s The Legends Circuit gold sponsor

Lenovo Legends Circuit

Lenovo has announced that it’s the Gold Sponsor of Garena’s annual The Legends Circuit (TLC) Malaysia: Summer 2017. The highly competitive League of Legends professional tournament will be held in conjunction with the Selangor Cyber Games.

The leading PC maker will provide finalists and tournament shoutcasters with the best from its Legion gaming range, as well as a cash sponsorship of MYR90,000.

The Grand Final rounds will get the services of the Legion Y720 Cube desktop, as will the event shoutcasters for instant playback and analysis.

Finalists won’t be the only one who’ll get to touch and feel Legion hardware though. LOL fans will also be able to experience the Legion range of gaming PCs. Experiential booths at the event will showcase the recently launched Legion Y720, Legion Y520, Legion Y720 Cube and VR headset.

There will also be exciting giveaways with one lucky person at the TLC grand finals having a chance to take home the Legion Y520 grand prize via a lucky draw.

The two-month long league series saw eight top teams battling it for a place in the playoffs. The grand finals will happen on the 12 and 13 August 2017 at Paradigm Mall, Selangor. Currently, the Kuala Lumpur Hunters, Eternity Esports and Nirvana Gaming have booked their grand final slots.

The champion of the TLC Spring and Summer 2017 will have the opportunity to represent Malaysia at the bi-annual Garena Premier League (GPL). Subsequently the winner will have the chance to compete at the word stage – the penultimate Legends World Championships.

The Legends Circuit Malaysia: Summer 2017 grand finals boasts a MYR100,000 prize.

Lenovo’s partnership with Garena’s TLC is just one of a series of sponsorships of major gaming tournaments in Malaysia.
