Uber announces global partnership with Manchester United

The next time you catch a ride to Old Trafford to watch the Red Devils’ in action, make sure it’s an Uber. Uber has just announced a first-of-its-kind global partnership with one of the world’s biggest football club – Manchester United Football Club.

Through the partnership, you’ll find dedicated Uber pick-up and drop-off zones at Old Trafford. Not only that, Uber will bring behind-the-scenes content, and organize interactive activities with fans in over 30 countries. The popular ride-sharing service will also be sending drivers to MUFC’s Theatre of Dreams.

Manchester United has over 659 million followers globally, and the partnership is expected to improve fans’ experience further.

“Manchester United is always looking at ways in which we can improve our fans’ experience and our relationship with Uber will allow us to do this in new and exciting ways,” said Manchester United’s Group Managing Director, Richard Arnold.
