UNIQLO Nintendo

UNIQLO has announced the UT Grand Prix 2017 T-Shirt Design Contest, open to anyone around the globe. The theme is Nintendo, a name we know and love. Entrants will be able to create designs based on Nintendo’s much-loved icons–Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and the Donkey Kong series. Titles such as Animal Crossing, Star Fox, Pikmin, Metroid, Kirby and Splatoon as well as Pokemon can also be used.

The design competition will run till 31 August 2016. Winners will be notified in Spring 2017, where they stand to win up to US$10,000 in prize money, as well as an exclusive invite to attend the awards ceremony in Japan. The competition is free to enter and you can submit as many entries as you wish.

Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto, the legendary originator of Super Mario Bros., will be one of the judges.
