In celebration of Hari Malaysia 2015, national telco TM has made a generous move of offering free internet access and HyppTV Everywhere to all. The offer runs from 16-30 September 2015 and is powered by the new TM WiFi with over 3,000 locations across the country. With HyppTV Everywhere, you’ll have access to over 100 channels of content.
In order to enjoy TM WiFi, all you need to do is connect to ‘TM WiFi’ under the WiFi list at available locations. You’ll be forwarded to a landing page where all you need to do is click on ‘Try it for FREE.’ Fill in your details and click ‘Connect.’ That’s it!
TM WiFi is offered for free 24 hours a day with unlimited quota and speeds of up to 1Mbps. Any WiFi-enabled device will be able to use the free service.
Note that TM WiFi postpaid customers no longer need to login with your TM WiFi ID. Effective 16 September, all will be migrated to the new TM WiFi platform. ID No is no longer needed, and no charges will be billed to your TM WiFi postpaid account.
To access free content on HyppTV, download the free HyppTV Everywhere app on Android and iOS. Note that, some Video on Demand and live content do still require a paid subscription.
Hypp’s fast-growing
HyppTV is Malaysia’’s fastest growing IPTV service – growing at a rate of one channel per month. It’s available to Streamyx and UniFi customers nationwide. TM’s UniFi is currently being offered via three residential packages.
HyppTV now offers its customers a total of 124 channels with 47 channels in HD – consisting of 57 premium channels, 23 free channels, five Radio channels, 15 Video-On-Demand (VOD) channels and 24 interactive channels. You can subscribe either through affordable packages or via ala-carte options.
HyppTV is powered by TM’s high speed broadband service, UniFi and Streamyx 4Mbps and 8Mbps which are available through UniFi and Streamyx residential and business packages. HyppTV customers will also enjoy the world class entertainment line-up on the move via HyppTV Everywhere. To date, HyppTV has more than 800,000 subscribers.
