Celcom launches web-based self-service device support portal

Celcom Self-Service Web Support Portal

Celcom has introduced a web-based self-service solution to help customers manage, troubleshoot and resolve common device issues, on their own. You no longer need to dial Customer Service Helpline and be put on queue to resolve your device issues.

The portal can be accessed 24/7 via any web browser on your Mac, PC or mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. Celcom customers and non-Celcom customers can head over to www.celcom.com.my/personal/helpsupport/device-support.

The portal covers a wide range of smart devices, and includes a detailed visual guide and comprehensive troubleshooting Q&A list.

Find solutions to hardware, software issues, or find tips on how to setup your device for mobile internet and more.

Celcom says the portal isn’t meant to replace the traditional Celcom Careline, but as a complementary avenue to simplify customers’ resolution to device-related issues. Having said that, the one-stop portal will help lessen the dependency on the Helpline. The portal is available in English and Bahasa Melayu.
