Grab the Apple iPhone SE with Celcom from as low as MYR578

As you know, the Apple iPhone SE will officially hit retail channels this 13 May. Celcom now follows U Mobile and Maxis in offering the latest from Apple, from as low as MYR578 with a FIRST plan.

Celcom is offering the iPhone SE across its FIRST Blue, FIRST Gold and FIRST Platinum plans, from as short as a 6-month contract, up to 24 months.

Here’s a breakdown of the device pricing with different plans:

16GB iPhone SE

  • FIRST Blue, 12 months – MYR1,665
  • FIRST Gold, 12 months – MYR1,548
  • FIRST Platinum, 6 months – MYR1,665
  • FIRST Platinum, 24 months – MYR578

64GB iPhone SE

  • FIRST Blue, 12 months – MYR2,090
  • FIRST Gold, 12 months – MYR1,968
  • FIRST Platinum, 6 months – MYR2,090
  • FIRST Platinum, 24 months – MYR998

Celcom Apple iPhone SE

The lowest monthly commitment plan is the FIRST Blue plan – MYR45/month that gives you 2GB + 2GB WiFiPlus, and free 2GB weekend internet (500MB per week). You’ll also get 50 minutes calls and 50 SMS. There’s an upfront payment of MYR45, which gets rebated into your first month bill. The device price is MYR1,665 and MYR2,090 for the 16GB and 64GB respectively.

The FIRST Gold plan is likely to be the sweet spot, giving you 5GB + 5GB WiFiPlus data, 5GB of weekend internet and; unlimited calls and SMS. With a monthly commitment of MYR80, you can take home the iPhone SE for MYR1,548 (16GB) or MYR1,968 (64GB). There’s an upfront payment of MYR150 which will be rebated to you over 10 months (MYR15/month).

For those who need more data (who doesn’t right?), the FIRST Platinum is the ultimate plan. It costs MYR150/month but will give you a whopping 9GB + 9GB WiFiPlus, additional 9GB of free weekend data and; unlimited calls and SMS. You can opt for a 6-month contract or a more pocket-friendly 24-month contract that brings the device price down to MYR578 and MYR998 for the 16GB and 64GB variants, respectively.
