The spotlight may have been on the stunning Mate 8 today, but Huawei made sure there was something for the ladies at the Malaysian launch. After all, it’s International Women’s Day. The exquisite for-women Huawei Watch comes in two variants—‘Jewel’ with Swarovski Zirconia bling, and ‘Elegant’ in Rose Gold case.

As it builds itself into a premium brand, Huawei continues to dabble in the fashion world, and this time has collaborated with Swarovski for its stylish smartwatch.

If bling is your thing, then the Jewel version has 68 (that’s right, sixty eight) 1.5mm Swarovski crystals lined up along the bezel. This makes the overall diameter of the watch wider by 2mm from standard, to 44mm.

For the Elegant variant, it gets a more understated look with Rose Gold, and a knurled pattern on the bezel. Both come with a floriated crowns and 18mm wide genuine leather straps. Straps are interchangeable and there’s a wide selection of premium straps to choose from.

The watches come in sapphire coated glass, so rest assured they won’t scratch easily.

Like the standard Huawei Watch, it packs a 1.4-inch AMOLED display (400x400p) with a multitude of sensors to track your heart rate, activity and daily schedule. The built-in 300mAh battery delivers 1.5 days of battery life.
