HTC is on the brink of launching its highly-rumoured new flagship HTC One “M8.” The Taiwan mobile maker will be having a press event in New York and London simultaneously on Tuesday, 25 March 2014 11am ET / 12am MST.
There’s plenty riding on HTC’s new flagship, a successor to the critically-acclaimed, award-winning all-metal unibody HTC One.
The new HTC One M8 is rumoured to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor running at 2.3Ghz, Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, twin 4MP UltraPixel cameras and a new Sense UI v6.0. The new dual camera set up promises outstanding images in low light and new ‘refocus’ capabilities ala Lytro. The HTC One M8 will come with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
