To meet demands of today’s competitive business environments, HP unveiled its full commercial “New Style of IT” product range at its Channel Odyssey event for partners, customers and media. The impressive array products include displays, business notebooks, workstations, accessories, thin clients and printers, designed to meet the demands four key verticals – manufacturing, healthcare, education and FSI (financial services and insurance).

Tools for the elite
The new Elitebook series of notebooks took centre stage – radically thinner with mobility, durability, performance, and security in mind.

The lightweight HP EliteBook 1040 G1 is a business Ultrabook that’s 16.1% thinner and 7.3% lighter than the previous generation EliteBook Folio. HP claims this is the thinnest and lightest in the market today.

The ultraportable is not only thin and light, but highly durable as well, having passed MIL-STD 810g testing. It sports the latest 4th Generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and boasts all-day battery life.

The HP EilteBook 800 series is up to 40% thinner and 28% lighter than previous generations, giving businesses true Ultrabook experience without sacrificing critical enterprise features. Made rugged and certified MIL-STD 810G, the notebooks have an option of up to 33 hours of battery life.

The 12-inch HP EliteBook 820 G1 weighs just 1.33kg, perfect for business travellers. It is 35% thinner and 18% lighter than previous generations.

For business users who want a bigger display, look no further than the 14-inch HP EliteBook 840 G1, which comes with an optional touch display. The optional secondary Slice Battery gives it amazing battery life of up to 33 hours.

For more stationary set-ups without desk clutter, there’s the HP EliteOne 800 G1 All-in-One PC, an enterprise-class AIO with a slim and sleek form factor, boasting a 23-inch display and a multitude of stand options.

The EliteOne 800 G1 comes equipped with solid-state hybrid drive options, NFC, 4th Generation Intel Core processors, HP Client Security and Intel vPro.

For point-of-sale system applications, HP offers the HP ElitePad Mobile POS that has built-in POS functionalities and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
