The Samsung-Chelsea Youth Coaching Clinic is back to treat young local footballers to an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience of football training with Chelsea FC youth coaches. Children aged 7-13 years from Rumah Sayang together with U-13 players of the National Sports Council will be training at Chelsea’s Blue Pitch @ NPNG Sports Centre tomorrow afternoon.
The coaching clinic is part of Samsung‘s Football in the Community CSR program, which saw Chelsea youth coaches – Ian Woodroffe, Keith Harmes, Jamie Greenwood and Sam Hubert coach the children in different aspects of football at the same venue last year. This time round, the coaching clinic will be spearheaded by David Monk, Chri Woodward, James Lambdon and Sam Hubert. (sic).
I will be covering the event tomorrow, with a chance to interview the coaches and children about the experience. Stay tuned!
