RCA Track Day @ Sepang International Circuit
RCA Track Day at Sepang F1 Circuit was plenty fun! There was a good mix of high performance Scoobies, Evos, Silvias, Lotuses, Hondas, Suzuki Swifts and two brilliantly, crazy fast GTRs! Rain did not dampen spirits even a little. Fun it was, albeit wet and wild! I drove my cousin’s 165bhp 4AG “Blacktop”-powered Corolla LE. Power was good, but things were low in the grip department. Hairy moments especially at T5-T6. On my last stint, and final lap I spun out and into the gravel after fishtailing at T5. A couple of cars were caught at the same turn. Car had to be towed out, but no damage though.
Rode shotgun with Khai in his Golf GTI which had plenty of grip and power. Nice! All in all, a fantastic outing today!
